Spring is the smallest of the townhouse phases, with 154 homes (94 three-bedroom, 60 four-bedroom) according to DLD. It was handed over in January 2023, the first phase after Sun to be completed.

Its clubhouse is built around a treehouse with a children's pool and play area, set in wooded landscaping, and the phase also has a trampoline area and barbecue station. The homes come in two finishes, modern and contemporary.

Small means few listings: about ten sales were registered in the 12 months to October 2026, with three-bedrooms at a median of about AED 2.7m, the lowest of the townhouse phases. Rents for three-bedrooms ran at a median of about AED 140,000 a year (DLD).
