Ruba, Arabian Ranches III

Ruba sits beside Central Park and the community's retail boulevard. It has 430 townhouses, 300 three-bedroom and 130 four-bedroom (DLD), and was handed over in February 2024. Homes came in three design collections, each with a private garden.

The phase's own amenity is a pool laid out as a Bali-style grotto, with a fitness-focused clubhouse nearby.

Ruba's three-bedrooms resold at a median of about AED 3.33m in the 12 months to October 2026, among the highest for a standard townhouse here, and rented at a median of about AED 168,000 a year (DLD). Only ten resales were registered, so expect little choice at any one time.
