June is built as rows of semi-detached villas threaded with linear parks. Each villa's rear gate opens straight onto a strip of green, so children can reach the park without crossing a road.

DLD lists two parts: June 2 (35 villas, handed over in August 2024) and June 1 (183 villas, July 2025), all with 4 or 5 bedrooms. The phase has its own clubhouse with adult and children's pools, a gym, a multi-purpose hall and a ball court.

June was the most actively traded villa phase over the 12 months to October 2026: 45 resales in June 1 at a median of about AED 5.8m, with four-bedrooms at about AED 5.6m. Four-bedroom rents ran at a median of about AED 270,000 a year (DLD). It is the step between a large townhouse and a standalone villa.
