The only branded homes in Arabian Ranches III. Emaar launched the first Elie Saab collection in late 2021 and a second in 2022; DLD registers them as Elie Saab 1 (129 villas) and Elie Saab 2 (131), both completed in September 2025.

These are detached 4- and 5-bedroom villas with interiors designed by Elie Saab's studio. Each has a guest bedroom and maid's room on the ground floor, and a large roof terrace with an air-conditioned roof lounge looking over the community park and Central Park.

Resales over the 12 months to October 2026 had a median of about AED 7.4m in Elie Saab 2 (26 sales) and AED 7.6m in Elie Saab 1 (14 sales). Four-bedroom rents ran at a median of about AED 328,000 a year (DLD).
