Bliss and Bliss 2, Arabian Ranches III
Emaar's "urban village": 601 duplex and triplex townhouses on pedestrian lanes along a wadi stream.
Bliss is the odd one out in Arabian Ranches III, and on purpose. Emaar calls it Dubai's first urban village: whitewashed houses on narrow, paved lanes (sikkas) where cars stay at the edge, a man-made wadi stream running through, a community plaza and a mosque.
The first phase has 332 homes and was handed over in December 2024; Bliss 2 added 269 and was handed over in December 2025 (DLD). Homes are 3-bedroom duplexes and 4-bedroom duplexes or triplexes.
The design carries a premium. Three-bedrooms resold at a median of about AED 3.5m in Bliss and AED 3.2m in Bliss 2 over the 12 months to October 2026, the highest price per square foot of any townhouse phase in the community. Bliss was also the busiest, with 45 resales. Median three-bedroom rents were about AED 175,000 and AED 150,000 a year (DLD).
